We pipe-smokers know how can a well chosen tobacco make our day It depends on our mood, daytime, weather, occasion but basically we all have “our types”.

Some love the sweet, aromatic types, some like it with latakia, some like the taste of the spicy oriental tobaccos, some the natural, pure taste of tobacco, some hate all - but they don’t smoke the pipe

There are hundreds of tobacco mixtures and consistencies. The same brand may have a different taste and smoking experience when smoking it in different forms (e.g. loose cut VS flake).
Nobody knows all brands and types so it is good to have a guide with a description and some user’s reviews and opinions.
